TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CUSTOM CHARACTER COMISSION
-------------------------------------------------

* This item is a full-colour custom drawing of one half body character.
* The illustration will be sent through email as a digital download jpeg or png file (as you wish) with high quality square format 4000px x 4000px, 300dpi. If you want different frame sizes or ratio, instead of square, please do let me know.
* Commission price is for 1 half body character (please check the drawing picture sample on my feed).
* Additional characters are 50% of the commission price.
* With or without backgrounds. Detailed free backgrounds will be round (Mei’s style) please check the sample on my Instagram feed, But you can request the colour you liked.
* Please remember that your portrait is drawn in my own style and is my artistic interpretation of you or your photo.

STANDARD TERMS

* This commissions are for personal use only.
* The commission is for one half body character with the cost of 55 euros per a half body character.
* Payment via my my online shop is required before work on your commissions begins.
* Each commission will take 1-2 weeks to be completed (sometimes faster, depends on workload).
* Once you receive the rough sketch of your order, you allowed two maximum revisions. After this stage, no revisions will be accepted.

* If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. However, if I have begun work on your commission, I can not refund your order.
* If for some reason I can not fulfill the order, you will receive a full refund.

IMPORTANT INFO

* The more details or descriptions you provide me, the easier it is for me to create your vision.
* Please supply the reference photos for me to know how the drawing you would like to have.

*However, I reserve the right to refuse commissions, in case the commissions work are overload*
